Emu oil successfully treats lesions, lacerations, and application to sutures, promoting rapid cell repair. Equi Med contains a high percentage of emu oil to ensure healing of wounds and injuries are accelerated, while the skin remains hydrated and new growth is nourished.
The anti-inflammatory properties of emu oil assist in reducing proud flesh production while the natural pain reliever lessens discomfort associated with injuries. The oil tends to be bacteriostatic (does not promote bacterial growth).
Just like emu oil, aloe vera & tea tree are known for their antibacterial, antiviral, and antiseptic properties, helping keep wounds clear of infection.

Pain relief
I have used Equi-Med Repair Cream for the past 3 months. The cooling cream is non sticky and is absorbed quickly. It is very effective for the relief of neuropathic pain in my legs and feet.

I purchased this to help with the healing of a large wound the length of the horses cannon bone and it has helped immensely. A scar was never going to be prevented but I believe it made a massive difference to what it could have ended up looking. Highly recommend keeping some on hand.

Covid hand washing and sanitising (new entrant special needs class so probably a lot more than most, their’s and mine on constant repeat!) Avid gardening and sensitive skin has left my hands haggard, splitting and peeling. This product was recommended and it is heaven sent - soothing, moisturising, non greasy, doesn’t irritate my skin at all. Will recommend to anyone who will listen - GIVE IT A GO!
