All purchases made on this website are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully prior to placing an order as, in purchasing, you indicate your understanding and agreement. Here at Emuology we value the quality of our products. All of our items are thoroughly checked before sending. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty or if you have been shipped the wrong item please make contact with us within 3 days of receiving your goods. We only exchange or refund items if they are faulty, damaged or you were shipped the wrong item.
